Nov 26 (Sat) - Siesta Key: Sarasota’s premier beach for a wide variety of gulls, terns and shorebirds. Plenty of walking, but if you hit one birding location along the coastline, this is it. Meet in the Siesta Key Beach main parking lot near the pavilion at 8 a.m. (This replaces the Myakka River State Park field trip, which has
been cancelled due to hurricane damage at the park and provides an opportunity for those who were unable to attend our earlier beach visit.)
