Meet and Learn: Member Meeting & Monthly Educational Program

Purple Martins - With the leader of the Venice Audubon Purple Martin Program, Barbara Zittel, Ph.D.

The presentation will include information on Purple Martin identification, behavior, breeding, incubation, migration, and ways in which you can assist in supporting the growth of this species.

This presentation coincides with the arrival of migrating Purple Martins to their nesting houses outside the Venice Audubon Center in the Venice Rookery Park.

All are welcome - members of the public as well as Venice Audubon Members.

Participants are strongly encouraged to follow current COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

• 6:30pm: Monthly Membership Meeting 
• Monthly Educational Program follows (usually 6:45)
