Crossings: How Road Ecology is Shaping the Future of our Planet by Ben Goldfarb investigates how roads around the world transform our planet.  Plants, animals, and even humans are impacted by the presence of roadways, in some ways positively but much more often not.  Goldfarb and other road ecologists examine these road realities and offer solutions to address the environmental destruction caused by roads in this insightful and important book.
