Winner of the Pulitzer Prize among other distinctions, Elizabeth Kolbert's The Sixth Extinction dives into the extinction of species around the world as a result of human impacts.  Accompanied by scientists and researchers, Kolbert's book introduces us to extinctions that have already occurred and others under way, giving us the opportunity to examine our impact on nature's past, present, and future.

Registration not necessary but appreciated.
